Cancellation Policy
48 hrs notice is preferred. Clients are responsible to pay 50% of the cancelled appointment if at least 24hrs notice is not provided. 100% payment for the appt is required if the client “no shows.” “No Show” status is also affected for late arrivals beyond 30 mins and appt is cancelled as a result.
